Job Summary

Results-driven HORECA Sales Executive responsible for developing and expanding sales within the Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering sector across KSA.

The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and increasing market penetration for a portfolio of FMCG food products including snacks, protein bars, and packaged food items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Jeddah market
  • Previous experience in FMCG and food distribution (Imported Products is a must)
  • Strong knowledge of the local market & client network
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Follow up on payments and maintain healthy collection records.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
  • Openings in the following channels: HORECA , Discount Stores , Gyms & Wellness

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in FMCG or food distribution sales (HORECA experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi food service market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driving license (required).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
