Results-driven HORECA Sales Executive responsible for developing and expanding sales within the Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering sector across KSA.
The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and increasing market penetration for a portfolio of FMCG food products including snacks, protein bars, and packaged food items.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a portfolio of HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Jeddah market
- Previous experience in FMCG and food distribution (Imported Products is a must)
- Strong knowledge of the local market & client network
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Negotiate pricing agreements and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up on payments and maintain healthy collection records.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
- Openings in the following channels: HORECA , Discount Stores , Gyms & Wellness
- Sales revenue growth in HORECA segment
- New account acquisition
- Market coverage and product penetration
- Collection performance
- Customer retention and satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in FMCG or food distribution sales (HORECA experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi food service market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license (required).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
