Senior Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive in Jeddah and Dammam to drive business growth by developing strategic client relationships and identifying new opportunities in the logistics and transportation market.

• Identify and acquire potential clients (manufacturers, distributors, freight companies, and carriers) and maintain strong relationships with them
• Negotiate contracts with clients
• Build and manage a strong database of potential clients
• Conduct presentations and introductory meetings to demonstrate the platform
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing the deal
• Monitor market trends and analyze competitors
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams
• Update sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

• 4-7 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in logistics, freight, transportation, or marketplace platforms preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
