Field Sales Representative

Field Sales Representative role is to drive sales with Food Services customers, focusing on out of home channels (Hotels, Restaurant, Petrol Stations, Catering, Airlines, and Workplace). This is achieved through new customer acquisition and strengthening basket size by retaining the existing customer base.

Field Sales Representative role is to drive sales with Food Services customers, focusing on out of home channels (Hotels, Restaurant, Petrol Stations, Catering, Airlines, and Workplace). This is achieved through new customer acquisition and strengthening basket size by retaining the existing customer base.

• Identify and develop relations with key clients and decision makers within the Food services industry.
• Responsible for organizing your own schedule, completing deadlines, and making effective use of internal information and databases.
• Constantly review the Food service industry to identify key areas of growth and opportunities for improvement.
• Engage with the distributor sales team/key accounts to develop new business opportunities.
• Analyze performance KPIs throughout the year and react accordingly to achieve the year-end target.

• From 3 years of experience in FMCG Industry.
• Commercially strong - with good analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience of sales function preferably Food services Environment.
• Must have excellent communication skills (credible influencing & persuasion).
• Build internal & external winning relationships.
