Bayut in Saudi is an integral part of the Dubizzle Group and is now looking to hire an experienced Sales Consultant, who will be required to conduct daily calls and meetings in market and is responsible for adopting a consultative approach to the clients to assist them in making informed decisions that will leverage their business needs to drive exceptional results.
RoleAs a Regional Head - Classifieds you will be responsible for sales of classifieds business in the Western Region. The job entails setting up sales function, developing products, contribute to market sizing, meeting and locking deals with agencies, developing relationships with government agencies in the assigned region. The Regional Head of Sales - Classified will set and monitor sales targets for the classifieds sales team in coordination with strategy teams.
Inthis role, you will
- Develop regional sales strategy for meeting business plan numbers developed by the group
- Work with backend & strategy teams for zoning and product pricing for optimized sales volumes
- Hire sales resources and maintain optimal team size to achieve sales targets
- Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales at all levels in coordination with strategy team
- Analyse & report sales KPIs on a periodic basis to the business head(s)
- Set monthly/quarterly targets of the sales team in coordination with the strategy team
- Continuously observe listings trends, product performance and suggest changes accordingly
- Identify best practices to improve the sales processes and overall marketing and sales efficiency
- Oversee P&Ls to maintain regional business profitability as per the business plan
- Maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities
- Evaluate new development opportunities to grow overall business
- Provide continuous coaching for team members to help them reach their full sales potential and motivate the sales team
- Responsible for Training Need Assessment (TNA) of the regional sales staff
- Execute sales training program based on TNA in coordination with sales strategy heads
- Initiate performance improvement interventions with the sales strategy team
- Work with sales ops teams to ensure optimal service levels and smooth agency and customer operations
- Oversee market research and competitor and customer analysis on a regular basis
- Raise process requirements to tech and strategy teams for optimal sales operations
- Suggest improvements of the company portal for enhanced sales
- Develop team and consumer promotions for sales enhancement in coordination with strategy and product teams
- Conduct market outreach events and expos to enhance agency and client base
- Represent the company in expos and other real estate events
- Forge good working relationships with regulatory bodies for smooth operations
- Conduct frequent market visits alongside the sales teams to maintain field knowledge
- Lead morning meetings with teams to provide direction regularly
- Oversee special projects as assigned by the line manager
- At least 10 years of previous sales management or active sales experience
- Proven commercial sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- Deep understanding of the market services/products
- Understanding of tech platforms sales
- Ability to accurately forecast sales
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and problems
