Responsibilities- Maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achieve distribution targets, implement merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable, and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Provide latest market information to supervisor, attend training courses, and complete daily debriefings.
- Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers and measure sales against targets.
- Maintain approved customer service levels, call frequencies, and daily route plans.
- Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks, keep the sales vehicle clean and roadworthy, and report defects promptly.
- Supply ready‑to‑ship customer orders on time and manage individual customer stock levels.
- Implement in‑store merchandising plans and coordinate with merchandisers.
- Advise supervisor of relevant competitor activity in the area.
- Reconcile all cheques, cash & credit sales daily.
- Maintain professional grooming and presentation.
- Adhere to driving regulations and uphold a high standard of driving.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); consistent performance below expectations may lead to disciplinary action.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales & account building.
- Communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.

- Basic accounting skills.
