This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in Jeddah. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily sales operations of the team. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance, setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve goals, and providing guidance and training to team members. The role also involves reviewing sales reports, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to drive business success.
Qualifications- Proficient in Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong Team Management and Training abilities to effectively lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Experience in setting and achieving sales goals and developing strategic plans
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a supervisory sales role, preferably in a similar industry, is an advantage
