Elite Consulting Co. is Saudi Based Business Consulting Company. It specializes in helping businesses establish operations in Saudi Arabia, offering 100% ownership solutions. The company provides modern HR services, including handling Government Relations and support with MHRSD portals such as QIWA, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a female Business Development Officer to join our team in Jeddah. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a critical role in engaging prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and arranging meetings for deal closure.

Pakistani candidates are encouraged to apply, given the nature of our client base and market focus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary client-facing representative for the company
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls using leads provided by the company
  • Engage potential clients professionally and build initial rapport
  • Understand client needs and present relevant services clearly
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with the management team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and professionalism at all times
Role Description Salary, Reimbursement & Incentives
  • Monthly Salary: SAR 3,000 –4,000 , based on experience and competency
  • Commission:
    Per-client Commission

Additional incentives may be offered to candidates who demonstrate strong client management skills, fast turnaround, and high compliance accuracy.
