Job Summary

To manage and grow the (BCS) business, increase market penetration, and expand market share within the facility management, cleaning, and building maintenance sector
.

Location:
Jeddah & Makkah.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Survey market potential in the Western Region of KSA
    , identify potential clients within facility management, cleaning contractors, and building operations
    , and plan coverage to ensure maximum market penetration.
  • Develop objectives, strategies, and action plans to drive short- and long-term sales growth and profitability.
  • Perform sales activities on major accounts, manage key customers, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through new business development, cross-selling, and range selling of BCS solutions.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
    , showcasing solutions that meet or exceed customer operational needs.
  • Negotiate with customers on technical and commercial matters
    .
  • Support customers through training and coaching of end users to enhance product application knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to identify sales opportunities, support customer acquisition, and drive value propositions.
  • Lead and support customer improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and value delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field
    .
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Solid business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point .
  • Fluent In English
