We are seeking motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Manager to join our team and drive channel sales for our IT products . This is a field sales role requiring close coordination with local dealers and channel partners in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage relationships with local dealers, distributors, and retail partners
- Promote and sell Brother hardware products across assigned territory
- Plan and execute channel sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide product training, demos, and support to partners and resellers
- Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market updates
- Conduct regular field visits to maintain presence and visibility in the market
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, technical support) to ensure smooth sales operations
- Strong understanding of channel sales and dealer network management in the KSA market
- Good knowledge of IT hardware, Telecom products
, or Consumer Electronics - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to sales
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of Arabic is essential (fluency is preferred for the West region role)
- Familiarity with the Brother product range is a plus
- 3-5 years of proven experience in channel sales within the IT/Telecom/Consumer Electronics sectors in Saudi Arabia
- Prior experience working with local KSA dealers is mandatory
- Currently based in the respective region (West or East)
- Must own a private car and possess a valid Saudi driving license
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia
