Nour Net is seeking a proactive Account Manager (Hunter) to drive new business acquisition in Jeddah
. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting prospects with no previous revenue history with Nour Net.
You will represent our full portfolio of ICT, cloud, connectivity, and managed services solutions, playing a key role in expanding our customer base in the Western Region.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new business accounts that have not previously engaged with Nour Net.
- Identify and develop opportunities through cold calling, site visits, networking, lead generation, and customer meetings.
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries in coordination with the Customer Contact Center.
- Understand customer needs and prepare tailored proposals that address their business challenges.
- Execute sales plans with clear strategies and timelines to achieve revenue targets.
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and value driven pitches to support deal closure.
- Ensure a high quality customer experience during the first year of engagement with Nour Net.
- Follow up after service activation to resolve issues and elevate internally when needed.
- Coordinate with Billing on invoicing and collections.
- Update daily tasks, monitor open work orders, and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of Nour Net's products, solutions, and new technologies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Number of new customers acquired
- Average sales per new customer
- Prospect to sales conversion rate
- Revenue contribution from new customers
- Customer satisfaction
- Number of customer complaints (non technical)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Telecommunications related certifications are an advantage.
- +2 years of experience in account management within the ICT field.
