Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for medical equipment within assigned territory.
- Support surgeons inside the operating room during spine and related procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with spine, orthopedic, and neurosurgery physicians.
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and clinical education sessions.
- Execute territory plans, hit quarterly targets, and expand market share.
- Monitor competitive activity and provide market intelligence.
- Drive customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and service excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operating room environments, preferably spine surgery.
- Proven sales track record in medical devices or surgical equipment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High work ethic, customer‑centric mindset, and the ability to build productive relationships with surgeons and clinical staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a dynamic schedule.
