Are you passionate about sales and technology? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and love building relationships? As a Project Sales Engineer, you will handle all project sales business and sell Eaton products (LV switch gear systems & components, Busway, ATS, etc.) in the assigned territory. You will work closely with MEP contractors, consultants & end users on all project leads and provide technical support on melodic offers through licensed or authorized panel builders.

What

You’ll Do

The focus of this role is managing project sales business in the western and southern region, building relationships with existing end users, contractors and partners, as well as identifying and securing new clients in the region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the strategy for developing project sales for Eaton in the western and southern region.
  • Meet and exceed assigned project sales targets and meet organizational strategic objectives.
  • Identify & build positive relations with all account decision‑makers & influencers who impact current or future business with Eaton.
  • Prepare mapping for each client in the assigned territory to identify the decision makers and influencers in each organization.
  • Effectively utilize Eaton expertise and resources to generate high‑value engineering and commercial proposals to secure orders which create profitable and sustainable growth for the business.
  • Establish, own, execute and continuously develop an agreed commercial account plan.
  • Be highly knowledgeable of the client’s business, commercial condition, structure, strategy, operations & challenges in order to articulate this in terms of opportunity, growth, risk with respect to Eaton business.
  • Support existing direct and indirect panel builder network in Tidgin region to achieve prepaid targets through competency enhancements, audits, commercial support...etc. while coordinating techno‑commercial offers in a timely manner.
  • Generate demand from the market, focusing on engagement with decision‑makers and develop the best solutions to address customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive business growth for our partners in the Western Region.
  • Recruit experienced panel builders in the Western Region to provide support for medium and large‑scale projects.
  • Ensure partner compliance with Eaton Go‑To‑Market policies.
  • Follow the company guideline & apply Eaton marketing strategy.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales of electrical products; preferably in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
Skills
  • Previous sales experience covering LV/MV switch gear systems, Busway, ATS, etc.
  • Project sales focus.
  • Channel partner enablement.
  • Proposal development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Developing knowledge of client business structure & strategy.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, co‑workers & cross‑functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
