Job Description: The Regional Account Manager – Western Region is responsible for managing, directing, and driving direct sales into commercial accounts in Saudi Arabia. This role includes creating and implementing strategic plans to achieve enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet products and services, developing executive relationships with key buyers and influencers, coordinating with internal groups on bids and proposals, and negotiating terms to achieve win/win results.
Location: Jeddah
Responsibilities- Develop account plans to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility.
- Maximize Fortinet opportunity while providing value-added solutions to enterprise institutions.
- Serve as lead contact responsible for the flow of information to/from executive management.
- Work closely with account managers to maximize business focus and lead the team in territory success.
- Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners.
- Manage effective working relationships with assigned region MAMs, Technical Sales Engineers, and Consulting Professionals.
- Consistently build and deliver an accurate territory pipeline.
- Travel within the assigned territory.
- 5+ years of technology selling experience managing a team.
- Proven ability to sell solutions to enterprise customers.
- Experience in the network security industry.
- Accountable for over‑quota achievement and career stability.
- Experience closing large deals.
- Experience selling Firewall/VPN, AV, IDS/IDP.
- Excellent presentation skills to executives and individual contributors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, strong interpersonal, managerial, business acumen, and leadership skills with mentoring experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
