We are looking for a results-driven Pre-Seller & Merchandiser to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for visiting assigned retail outlets to secure orders, ensure product availability, and maintain dominant shelf presence through strategic merchandising.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Execution: Visit daily routes to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the territory.
- Inventory Management: Check stock levels at retail points and process accurate replenishment orders.
- Merchandising Excellence: Ensure products are displayed according to "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) standards and planograms.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong rapport with store managers to secure prime display locations.
- Reporting: Submit daily sales reports and feedback on competitor activities.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or merchandising.
- Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to manage stock displays.
