To manage produce specialist operations across stores by ensuring product quality, freshness, availability, and compliance with food safety standards, while supporting sales performance and customer satisfaction in alignment with Panda Retail Company's fresh food strategy.

• Applying Standardize department layout & Plano Guide across stores.
• Drive target performance regionally.
• Guide stores to minimize known/unknown loss.
• Enhance store availability.
• Coach Store Supervisors on ordering, inventory processes, dumping control, and layout standards.
• Introduce new items by defining specifications and conducting sensory tastings/samplings.
• Develop action plans for declining stores.
• Conduct daily store visits using an approved score checklist focusing on availability, freshness, layout, backdoor stock, pricing, and marketing needs.
• Facilitate communication between commercial team/DC and Operations.
• Analyze store performance and identify root causes of decline.
• Align with the commercial team on quality, availability, and DSD issues.
