HVACR Showroom Development & Sourcing Specialist

The specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and executing the full setup of a professional HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) parts showroom. The role includes product selection, supplier sourcing, display optimization, and ensuring the showroom meets commercial, technical, and industry standards.

Showroom Planning & Zoning

• Define showroom zones and product categories based on HVACR market demand and technician buying behavior.
• Develop a logical customer flow that maximizes visibility and encourages product discovery.

Product Selection & Sourcing

• Identify and select the optimal product mix (fast‑moving, high‑margin, strategic, and complementary items).
• Source products from approved manufacturers and distributors.
• Evaluate suppliers based on pricing, product quality, authenticity, lead time, and after‑sales support.

Display & Merchandising

• Design shelf layouts and product placement for maximum visibility, accessibility, and commercial impact.
• Develop a standardized system for labeling, pricing, and product classification.
• Ensure the showroom reflects professional HVACR industry standards and brand identity.

Inventory & Stock Strategy

• Recommend initial stock quantities and replenishment strategy based on demand forecasting.
• Support bundling concepts and cross‑selling opportunities to increase sales efficiency.

Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with suppliers, shelving vendors, and contractors during the setup phase.
• Oversee installation, product arrangement, and final merchandising.
• Ensure the showroom is fully operational and ready for customer engagement.

• Complete showroom layout plan (zoning, shelving, customer flow).
• Product sourcing list with approved suppliers and pricing.
• Recommended initial stock list with quantities.
• Shelf zoning, labeling, and pricing display system.
• Initial pricing and margin structure.
