Retail sales associate

Sales Associate for Retail Store in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our retail store in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia as Sales Associates. Our store caters to a diverse customer base and we are specifically looking for candidates who are fluent in English and Hindi, as well as Arabic.

As a Sales Associate, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their purchases. You will be working closely with the store manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Provide product knowledge and make recommendations based on customer preferences
• Process transactions accurately through cash or credit card payments
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise
• Help with inventory management and conduct regular stock checks
• Answer customer inquiries via phone or email promptly
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and find solutions to resolve them

• Must be an Indian national currently residing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Other nationalities are also welcome to apply.
• Fluent in both English and Hindi. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required.
• No previous retail experience is necessary but candidates with prior sales or customer service experience will have an advantage.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
