This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Jeddah. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service standards, manage food and beverage quality, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. The role involves staff supervision, assisting with hiring, providing training, and addressing employee and customer concerns. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also collaborate with the restaurant management to implement strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional dining experience
- Experience in Hiring and building a motivated, capable team
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff and customers
- Knowledge and expertise in Food & Beverage operations
- Leadership capability and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle high-pressure situations
