- Ensure quality of service is aligned with service standards and performance objectives, including cleanliness and appearance of assigned restaurant area(s).
- Ensure that Food and Beverage operational Policies, Procedures, and regulations are followed.
- Order restaurant supplies and maintain accurate inventory within budgetary requirements.
- Meet with guests to resolve concerns by guest service standards and procedures.
- Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets.
- Calculate P&L and Food cost every month.
- Responsible for financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability.
- Contribute heavily in increasing sales and decreasing food cost.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a similar field is preferred.
- Four (4) years of supervisory or management experience in casual dining is preferable.
- Five (5) years of Food and Beverage and guest service experience is a must
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, decision-making skills, and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should have a warm and welcoming smile and a positive attitude.
- have knowledge in P&L and Sales Forecasting
- Must be Arabic Speaker
- Experience in Dine In Restaurant is A must
