Fragrance Development Coordinator

Primary Purpose

The Fragrance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all fragrance samples and developments are aligned with the product timelines and meet quality standards. This role will act as the key liaison between fragrance suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment throughout the fragrance development process.

• Collaborate to organize, test, and refine fragrances that align with product concepts, brand identity, and market requirements.
• Coordinate with fragrance suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of fragrance samples and materials.
• Oversee the evaluation of fragrance samples to ensure they meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and brand expectations.
• Maintain detailed records of fragrance formulations, supplier communications, testing results, and any necessary adjustments to fragrances.
• Coordinate with the factory to arrange fragrance samples for testing and address any required modifications to meet product specifications.
• Track the fragrance development process with product launch alignment.
• Provide feedback to suppliers and manufacturers on fragrance adjustments, ensuring the final product matches the vision.

• Bachelor Degree in general administration or a related field.

• 0 – 3 years of Experience coordinating with fragrance suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure product timelines are met.
• Understanding of fragrance quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure high quality results.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of fragrance testing methods and quality control processes.
• Problem solving abilities to address fragrance formulation or sample issues efficiently.

Strong verbal and written communication in English.
