• Education – Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• USRN credential.
• Royal College of Nursing – UK qualification.
• BSc Nursing in Canada.
• State Diploma in Nursing (DEI) – France.
• License – current Professional Nurse.
• Certification specific to the area of assignment.
• Work experience – at least 2–3 years post‑board nursing experience, preferably in the required area.
