The RoleThe F&B Marketing Manager sets and executes the media/marketing strategy for food and beverage outlets. In conjugation with the Restaurant General Managers / Cluster Director of Food and Beverage, Cluster Director of PR & Marcom and Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, the F&B Marketing Manager plays an integral role in the development and execution of the F&B annual strategic marketing plan comprised of public relations, social media, digital marketing and marketing communications strategies that support the business objectives.
Through strategic thinking and execution, the candidate is expected to increase awareness and visibility of the outlets and its food and beverage offerings and team, and through this, contribute to driving traffic and revenue.

Restaurant Operations- Executes all key F&B Marketing initiatives as defined below
- Develops annual F&B marketing strategy and action plan, co-develop and execute business goals
- Preserves brand and concept integrity in all elements of the marketing process
- Design and implement innovative programs and campaigns that increase awareness of F&B, its offerings and dynamic team
- Leads in F&B’s digital strategy with a proactive and creative approach to all available digital and electronic marketing platforms from planning to implementation and reporting
- Actively manages RSGH F&B websites / landing pages, ensuring alignment with the F&B outlets’ positioning, business objectives and creative storytelling
- Ensure up-to-date information on partner and third-party websites
- Oversee F&B online reputation by monitoring and ensuring appropriate management of third-party review sites and social platforms
- Manage the restaurants’ databases, always striving to increase subscribers whilst remaining compliant with privacy laws, RSGH Privacy Policy as well as established internal policies and protocols for the creation and maintenance of “local mailing lists” and the use of RSGHs’ platforms for marketing and promotional emails
- Manages F&B social media channels where applicable, from strategy to content creation, daily channel management and reporting
- Curating and creating relevant and engaging content, telling a story consistent with the outlets and RSGH while increasing following and engagement
- Leverage social media channels to amplify key messages and activities, elevating the importance of search as well as strategic and creative communication
- Pursue and coordinate social media influencer visits and utilize available programs to integrate proper User Generated Content
- Monitor social media conversations relevant to industry, luxury, local, and international markets
- Work closely with Restaurant GMs, Executive Chefs and Beverage Managers to identify and produce social media content opportunities and have presence at relative F&B events
- Develop partnership/co-branding opportunities that elevate brand visibility and create footfall
