• Monitor production KPIs in the Chicken Slaughterhouse and highlight deviations for Production Supervisors
• Track department KPIs, prepare data for the daily productivity meeting, and follow up on action plans for any deviations
• Upload daily Yield and Efficiency data to the CIEX Performance Portal
• Support production teams in reporting, analyzing, and resolving non‑conformities in the process
• Contribute to continuous improvement studies and cost‑reduction initiatives
• Perform root‑cause analyses for deviations in productivity, composition, and product adherence
• Maintain and update action plans and documentation related to quality, food safety, legal and customer requirements
• Assist Production Supervisors during internal and external audits in the slaughterhouse

• 0-1 year of experience in the food industry, ideally in an industrial plant
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to work 6 days a week, and adapt to production shifts when required
• Solid understanding of food safety and food technology standards
• Familiarity with Efficiency, Yield, and Productivity concepts, as well as problem‑solving tools (e.g. PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)
• Living in Bandırma or willing to relocate

• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• High level of integrity and reliability
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to help improve productivity while maintaining quality standards
