On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Assistant Chef to join their team in Jeddah
.
The Assistant Chief will support the Pastry Chef in daily factory operations, ensuring high-quality pastry production and maintaining efficient workflow. The role involves preparing ingredients, monitoring production lines, and ensuring all food safety standards are met in a high-volume environment.
Job Specifications- Previous experience supporting chefs in pastry or dessert kitchens.
- Basic knowledge of Western desserts, pastries, and bakery operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a in a pastry production or factory environment.
- Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist the head pastry chef in preparing and producing desserts and pastries.
- Follow recipes and maintain high quality and presentation standards.
- Support factory or kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Help manage ingredients, inventory, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.
