Apprentice

The Factory Internship Program is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands‑on exposure to real manufacturing operations. Over a period of six months, interns will rotate across multiple departments within the factory to gain a broad understanding of production processes, quality standards, safety practices, and overall operations efficiency.
