Pre insulated pipe production engineer

We’re Hiring | Pre-Insulated Pipes & Fittings Production Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Insulated Pipes & Fittings Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in pre‑insulated piping systems, with preference given to candidates who have worked with Perma‑Pipe or similar international systems.

Location: Saudi Arabia

• Manage and supervise production of pre-insulated pipes and fittings (GRP, steel carrier pipe, PU foam, HDPE casing)
• Control and optimize PU injection, casing fabrication, and jointing processes
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
• Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, and planning teams to achieve production targets
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor material usage, minimize waste, and improve production efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years experience in pre-insulated pipe & fittings manufacturing
• Strong preference for candidates with Perma-Pipe Co. experience
• Solid knowledge of district cooling and thermal insulation systems
• Familiar with international standards (EN, ASTM, ISO)
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
