We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager with expertise in duct manufacturing to oversee and manage the operations of our manufacturing facility in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing efficiency, and leading the factory team. A background in duct production and knowledge of relevant industry standards is essential.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the duct manufacturing facility.
• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, engineers, and other staff to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Implement lean manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and optimize production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain high-quality standards in duct production, ensuring all products meet industry and company specifications.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance programs to ensure the machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure smooth product development and manufacturing processes.
• Control inventory levels, manage raw materials, and ensure minimal waste.
• Manage labor costs and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality.
• Report regularly to senior management on factory performance, including production progress, issues, and financial matters.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in duct manufacturing.

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in duct manufacturing or a similar field.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage a team.
• In-depth knowledge of duct production processes, machinery, and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
