Responsibilities
- Production document processing and management: responsible for the preparation, printing, distribution, archiving, and storage of various documents in the production department, such as production instructions, operation manuals, process documents, reports, etc.; ensure the validity and accuracy of file versions, and keep records of file sending and receiving.
- Data statistics and input: collect, compile, and input daily/weekly/monthly production data, including output, working hours, efficiency, material consumption, etc.; create and maintain various production reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Production system operation: proficient in operating the company's SAP system and related production management software; perform operations such as work order maintenance, work reporting, and material queries.
- Departmental support and coordination: arrange, record, and organize meeting minutes; assist in handling administrative affairs of the department, such as office supplies application, attendance statistics, overtime ticket sorting; act as a communication bridge between the production department and other departments (planning, procurement, quality, warehouse).
- Material and inventory assistance: assist the production supervisor in tracking and querying materials; process production material requisition forms, return forms, replenishment forms and other documents, and coordinate with the warehouse; may involve material data management for line side warehouses or small warehouses.
- Tasks assigned by other superiors: complete other work tasks temporarily assigned by the production supervisor or manager.
Education and major: College degree or above, with priority given to majors in administrative management, secretarial studies, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.
Hands‑on background: More than 1 year of work experience as a production clerk, statistician, or related position; priority given to those with a background in manufacturing, especially in the mechanical, metalworking, electrical, automotive, or photovoltaic industries.
Knowledge and skills: Proficient in Office software, especially Excel (mastery of pivot tables and VLOOKUP), Word, and PPT; experienced in ERP/MES systems such as SAP, Kingdee, UFIDA, etc.
Language proficiency: Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese.
Ability and quality: Rigorous and meticulous, sensitive to data, conscientious and responsible; strong communication and coordination skills; quick learner with high stress resistance; confidentiality awareness.
