The Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the highest-ranking executive in the organization, responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to drive the organization’s mission and vision. This role requires an astute leader with exceptional abilities in strategic planning, operational management, and stakeholder engagement to enhance organizational growth, profitability, and sustainability. The CEO will cultivate a high-performance culture, navigate complex market environments, and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a collaborative approach to decision-making, embodying the organizational values and creating a shared vision that aligns with diverse stakeholder interests, including shareholders, employees, customers, and the community.

Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in a senior management role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of formulating and implementing successful business strategies that have resulted in revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Extensive experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive financial performance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of corporate governance regulations, risk management protocols, and compliance frameworks.
  • Expertise in change management, with a focus on driving organizational transformation and cultural shifts that improve operational efficiency.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across various business units to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in navigating complex mergers and acquisitions processes, including due diligence and post-merger integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess situations and make data-driven decisions.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop senior executives and other staff members.
  • Commitment to ethical leadership and promoting corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Familiarity with technological advancements and innovation trends relevant to the industry to position the organization competitively.

Job Responsibilities
