Program Director

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure maintenance and operations programs in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, project managers, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies and performance-based maintenance models.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including municipalities, government agencies, and private clients to align program objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor program budgets, schedules, risk management plans, and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver regular program reports, presentations, and briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support business development activities including proposal preparation, client presentations, and strategic planning.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality management standards across all projects and operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Professional Engineering (P.Eng) designation or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure maintenance and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or program management role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale or complex infrastructure programs, including transportation networks, water/wastewater systems, or facilities.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles, lifecycle costing, and operations optimization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
