Overview

The Senior Commercial Manager (Claims Specialist) will manage commercial and contractual matters with a primary focus on claims, variations, and dispute resolution. This role supports project delivery by safeguarding commercial interests and providing sound contractual guidance to senior stakeholders.

• Lead commercial management activities across the project lifecycle.
• Manage and assess claims, variations, and entitlement matters.
• Support negotiations, dispute resolution, and settlement processes.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to senior management.
• Review contracts, correspondence, and commercial documentation.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.

• 10+ years of experience in commercial management with claims exposure.
• 15+ years of overall professional experience in construction, commercial, or legal roles.
• Strong understanding of contracts, claims management, and dispute processes.
• Experience supporting large and complex construction projects.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

The role is project-based and may be assigned to Riyadh, Jeddah, or the Eastern region based on business needs.
