Business Continuity Manager

⏳ 6-month initial contract - with extensions

My client are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant / Manager to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing management of Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks for a complex, regulated environment. This role will play a key part in strengthening organizational resilience, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding BCM practices across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and maintain BCM frameworks, policies, plans, and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards
• Develop and present BCM policies, procedures, and executive-level presentations to senior stakeholders
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Threat & Risk Assessments across business functions
• Establish and maintain BCM governance frameworks, reporting, and assurance mechanisms
• Develop and support business continuity plans, crisis management, and incident response plans
• Plan and deliver BCM testing and exercising programs, including scenario-based simulations
• Lead training and awareness sessions to embed BCM culture across the organization
• Provide advisory support to stakeholders during incidents and post-incident reviews

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-level BCM programs in a senior consultant or managerial capacity
• Strong hands-on experience in BIA, risk assessments, BCM planning, and governance
• Experience developing BCM documentation, frameworks, and executive communications
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 22301 and recognized BCM standards and best practices
• Familiarity with GSNRC and the National Risk Council Index is highly desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills

Language Requirement

• Fluent Arabic speaker – essential
