Job Title: Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, legal advisors, and external parties
- Monitor contract performance, renewals, and amendments
- Maintain accurate contract records and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in contract management
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts
