Regional Business Head - Western KSA

We have been retained by this well established company, who have an excellent reputation in the GCC region, to find them a Regional Business Head, Western region.

This job role would be Jeddah based and would look after the company's business across Western region of KSA.

• Service Operations & Third-Party Maintenance
• Financial Management
• Team Leadership
• Compliance & Reporting

We are interested in hearing from those you have the following skills, qualifications and attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business Management
• MBA preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in non-food Sales leadership role, managing multiple sites or contracts
• Minimum 5+ years in a senior regional or business leadership role
• Strong exposure to KSA or GCC markets, preferably Western Region
• Proven track record of managing large teams, P&L, and major projects
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a strong advantage
