About the Role

This is a high impact leadership opportunity for an experienced Asset Management and Advisory professional looking to shape strategy, lead transformation programmes, and influence senior stakeholders across major asset intensive organisations in Saudi Arabia.

As a Senior Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling advisory service offerings, leading multi disciplinary consulting teams, and delivering complex, enterprise level asset management engagements. This role offers significant visibility, autonomy, and the chance to directly support national transformational objectives within KSA.

What You'll Be Responsible For Strategic Leadership & Growth

• Define and execute the strategy and business plan for advisory and asset management service offerings.
• Identify, develop, and convert new advisory opportunities
  , building a robust pipeline in the Saudi market.
• Design and implement go to market strategies aligned with client needs and regulatory frameworks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C suite and executive leadership
  .

Client Delivery & Advisory Excellence

• Lead large scale, multi disciplinary asset lifecycle transformation programmes
  .
• Oversee development of asset management frameworks
  , governance models, KPIs, and performance systems.
• Direct asset investment planning models (
  Cap Ex, OpEx, Tot Ex
  ) and lifecycle cost optimisation initiatives.
• Guide ISO 55001 and EXPRO AFM maturity assessments and implementations
  .
• Lead the implementation of digital asset management solutions
  , including CMMS and EAM platforms.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Recruit, lead, and develop a high performing team of consultants
  .
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to junior and mid level team members.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
  .
• Ensure quality, timeliness, and commercial performance across all project deliveries.

What We're Looking For Experience & Expertise

• 10+ years' experience in asset management consulting or advisory roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex consulting engagements.
• Strong exposure to asset intensive sectors within Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East.
• Experience working with or within top tier consulting firms (Big Four, global strategy houses, or leading international consultancies) is highly desirable.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Deep knowledge of asset lifecycle management frameworks and best practices.
• Hands on experience with ISO 55001, EXPRO AFM
  , and asset maturity assessments.
• Strong background in asset performance analytics, financial modelling, and digital asset solutions
  .
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Business
  , or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as IAM Diploma, ISO 55001 Lead Auditor, CAMA, or SMRP are highly preferred.
• Fluent in English
  ;
  Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
