This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Director located in Saudi Arabia. The Supply Chain Director will lead supply chain operations, oversee procurement strategy, and manage production planning to ensure efficient and cost-effective processes. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing supply chain strategies, analyzing key performance indicators, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and driving innovation within supply chain operations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals while meeting client and stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Operations
- Proficiency in Procurement processes
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and optimize workflows
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing diverse teams
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with supply chain technologies and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or engineering.
- Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in supply chain management within the construction, EPC or engineering sector
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, or EPC sectors within the Saudi/GCC region.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory).
- Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM (preferred).
