• Strategic Planning & Execution:
  Develop and deconstruct business strategies, design supply chain systems and analytical models, drive strategy implementation, ensure goal alignment, and achieve sustainable growth.
• Client Development & Retention:
  Identify key account (KA) needs, tailor solutions, leverage resources to address pain points, enhance client loyalty and satisfaction, and drive sales growth and brand elevation.
• Team Leadership & Empowerment:
  Build high-performing sales teams, design incentive structures, enhance skills through training and career development, and ensure team effectiveness and goal attainment.
• Process Optimization &
