We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Supply Chain to lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, manufacturing coordination, logistics, and inventory management, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the overall supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee demand & supply planning, procurement, production coordination, and logistics.
- Optimize inventory levels and improve supply chain efficiency and cost performance.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Production teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Proven experience in a senior supply chain leadership role (Head / Director level).
- Strong background in supply chain, logistics, planning, and procurement.
- Experience in FMCG / manufacturing / perfume industry is a strong advantage
. - Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
