Our client is a well‑established FMCG organization with a strong regional footprint and a clear focus on digital enablement and data‑driven decision‑making. The business is actively investing in analytics and self‑service reporting to support smarter, faster decisions across operations, finance and commercial teams.

This role builds the analytics backbone of the organization. You will transform raw data from core enterprise systems into well‑designed, user‑friendly dashboards and analytical models that enable teams to make informed decisions on cost, service, profitability and growth.

You will own the end‑to‑end Power BI lifecycle, working closely with multiple functions and playing a key role in the company’s broader digital and data transformation journey.

• Designing, developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI for operational, financial and commercial stakeholders.
• Building robust semantic data models, including star schemas, relationships and hierarchies, to support scalable self‑service analytics.
• Writing efficient DAX measures and calculations to deliver accurate KPIs, time‑series metrics and analytical insights.
• Extracting, transforming and consolidating data from ERP and other enterprise systems, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Ensuring data quality, consistency and integrity through validation, reconciliation across systems and clear documentation of definitions and business rules.
• Translating business questions into technical and analytical solutions, and supporting users in interpreting and using dashboards effectively.
• Identifying opportunities to automate manual reporting and continuously improve dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
• Contributing to data standards, governance and documentation to ensure analytics assets are reusable, maintainable and scalable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis or business intelligence, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power BI (Desktop and Service).
• Proven experience with DAX, data modeling and building production‑grade dashboards for business users.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation; experience working with ERP or large transactional systems is a strong advantage.
• High attention to data accuracy and detail, with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to explain complex data concepts and insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, self‑driven mindset, comfortable operating in environments where data maturity and processes are still evolving.
