Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Computer Hardware Expert with strong experience in hardware configuration, installation, and peripheral integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware-related issues while ensuring smooth system performance and compatibility.

• Configure, install, and maintain computer hardware systems and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware integration and compatibility issues.
• Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Install and configure devices such as printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet company performance standards.
• Maintain documentation of hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth hardware-software integration.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in configuration, installation and maintenance of IT hardware and peripherals.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware integration issues.
• Solid knowledge of computer components, peripherals and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and solve technical problems efficiently.
• Must be Jordanian nationality.
