Role DescriptionHAV PRODUCTIONS is hiring an Sound Technician to support live events and corporate productions across Saudi Arabia. This role suits someone with a solid foundation who wants to sharpen real‑world skills through hands‑on show work, learning on‑site with experienced engineers across setup, operation, troubleshooting, and strike.
Job Responsibilities Show Prep & Setup- Assist with warehouse prep: check/pack microphones, cables, stands, wireless kits, speakers, and accessories.
- Support on‑site setup and strike: stage patching, cable runs, labelling, speaker placement, tidy stage practice.
- Support console prep: patching, routing, line checks, show file organisation (under supervision when needed).
- Assist FOH/Monitor engineers during shows (quick changes, mic handling, battery management).
- Support wireless mic deployment (basic checks, clean gain structure, fault isolation).
- Help diagnose signal‑flow issues using structured troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain safe cabling and professional site discipline.
- Coordinate with Lighting/Video/Production teams to deliver on time.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for on‑site coordination, documentation, and client communication.
- Basic‑to‑intermediate live sound exposure (events, venues, internships, or strong portfolio).
- Solid understanding of audio signal flow and practical troubleshooting.
- Comfortable with physical work, long shifts, weekends when required, and travel within KSA.
- Familiarity with digital consoles (e.g., Sound craft / Allen & Heath / Yamaha).
- Basics of audio networking (Dante awareness is a plus).
- Any manufacturer training or short courses in live sound / RF fundamentals.
