Marketing & Startup Associate

Tour Time is a Saudi tourism technology startup helping people explore, book, and enjoy experiences across the Kingdom
. We connect tourism providers (tours, artisans, attractions, activities) with travelers through a single platform designed to make discovering Saudi Arabia easier and more exciting.

We are currently in our MVP launch phase
, building the platform and onboarding providers starting in Jeddah
.

We are looking for a highly motivated and fast-learning Growth & Digital Marketing Associate to help build Tour Time's early online presence and support provider onboarding efforts.

This is a part-time role (hybrid or remote) ideal for someone who wants to learn how a startup actually works
, take real responsibility, and grow with the company.

You will work closely with the founder and team to execute marketing initiatives, build social media presence, and support growth campaigns targeting both tourism providers and customers
.

This role is hands-on and fast moving
. You will be expected to learn quickly, adapt fast, and take ownership of tasks.

• Manage and grow Tour Time's social media presence (Linked In, Instagram, and other channels)
• Create and schedule engaging posts, visuals, and marketing content
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns and paid ads
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze engagement metrics
• Help build and maintain Tour Time's online brand presence
• Support provider outreach and onboarding campaigns
• Assist with content creation, research, and growth experiments
• Identify opportunities to increase awareness and engagement

• Fast learner; it is a fast paced.
• Highly responsible; you are our consultant, we should not ask other for advice but you.
• Curious and proactive; always up to date in tourism and tech.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment; it is not a project nor a normal job = what you learn in a day equals weeks/months in normal jobs.
• Able to execute quickly and independently; team is here to support, but daily you are the boss.

• Understanding of social media marketing.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and online campaigns.
• Ability to create engaging content and visuals.
• Good analytical thinking to track marketing performance.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Interest in tourism, travel, or startups.
• Familiarity with Saudi tourism ecosystem.
• Experience with social media tools or analytics.
