The role is responsible for leading digital performance analytics for flyadeal's web and app platforms, turning data into actionable insights to optimize customer journeys, engagement, and revenue, while managing e-commerce tracking, funnel analysis, reporting, and cross-functional data-driven decision-making
Key Responsibilities- Own and maintain end-to-end e-commerce performance analytics across web and mobile app.
- Analyze digital funnels and customer journeys to identify drop-offs, friction points, and revenue opportunities.
- Track and report on key metrics such as conversion rate, revenue per visitor, etc.
- Use tools such as GA4, content square, and app analytics platforms to understand user behavior and digital performance.
- Define and validate tracking requirements, event taxonomy, and data layer structures in collaboration with Product and IT teams.
- Manage and support tagging implementation through Google Tag Manager (GTM) and ensure tracking accuracy across digital platforms.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar tools for stakeholders across the business.
- Translate analytical insights into clear recommendations to support product, UX, marketing, and commercial decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems / IT, Business Analytics or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, or e-commerce performance analytics.
- Advanced expertise in GA4 and digital analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of digital tracking implementations and data layer design.
- Strong understanding of event-based tracking models and data layer architecture
- Managing and validating tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals for tracking validation and troubleshooting
- Behavior analytics tools (Contentsquare, Hotjar, Full Story, etc.)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) and strong SQL skills for querying large datasets.
- Understanding of mobile app analytics tracking frameworks
- Knowledge of data quality validation, tracking audits, and governance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Commercial awareness and results-oriented thinking.
