Senior Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for multiple enterprise-level technology initiatives with a key client in Saudi Arabia. This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring strong experience in IT delivery governance, multi-project coordination, stakeholder management, and execution oversight. The ideal candidate must be capable of driving structure, accountability, and clarity across parallel software engagements.

• Act as the primary interface between client leadership, business users, IT teams, and internal delivery teams.
• Lead governance calls, executive reviews, and status meetings.
• Manage coordination across multiple concurrent software / analytics / digital initiatives.
• Track milestones, deliverables, sprint progress, and dependencies.
• Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation planning.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation including MOMs, status reports, change logs, and trackers.
• Coordinate UAT cycles, deployment readiness, and go-live communication.
• Monitor SLA adherence and performance metrics.
• Support scope validation, change request coordination, and billing alignment.

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Coordination / IT Project Management / Enterprise Software Delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery models.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience handling multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously.
• Strong reporting and dashboarding capability (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certification preferred.
• Experience in ERP / CRM / Data / Analytics / Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience working with Middle East enterprise clients.
• Exposure to SLA-based delivery environments.

• The role requires onsite presence in Saudi Arabia
