Flint is seeking an experienced Data Program Manager with a strong software engineering foundation to lead enterprise-scale data modernization initiatives within the BFSI sector. This role is crucial in bridging business needs with architectural vision and engineering execution, ensuring that complex data platform programs are delivered with precision, compliance, and technical excellence.

As a Data Program Manager, you will take ownership of large, multi-year data transformation programs focused on Lakehouse architectures, analytics ecosystems, and enterprise-scale data platforms. You will lead multi-vendor delivery teams, enforce program governance, and guide solution designs to align with enterprise architecture standards. Your role requires deep technical credibility, enabling you to support engineering teams with integration pipelines, ETL frameworks, performance considerations, and cloud-based data platform models.

You will work closely with business, architecture, compliance, and audit teams to ensure regulatory alignment and high-quality delivery across all work streams.

• ✓ Lead end-to-end delivery of data modernization and analytics programs
• ✓ Create and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery cadence
• ✓ Track scope, schedule, cost, risks, and program health
• ✓ Resolve cross-team technical and delivery challenges
• ✓ Manage multi-vendor, multi-technology delivery environments

• ✓ Provide hands-on technical leadership based on software development experience
• ✓ Guide and review designs for data lakehouse, analytics platforms, and ingestion pipelines
• ✓ Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and target-state models
• ✓ Support teams on cloud-based data platforms, distributed systems, performance, and scalability

• ✓ Strong understanding of data lake/lakehouse concepts, warehousing fundamentals, and BI ecosystems
• ✓ Knowledge of star schema, fact/dimension modeling, and SCD concepts
• ✓ Ability to guide teams using technologies like Informatica (Power Center/BDM/IDMC), SSIS, .NET, and Power BI applications
• ✓ Conceptual knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, networking basics, compute/storage layers

• ✓ Act as single point of contact for business, architecture, compliance, and audit teams
• ✓ Ensure adherence to BFSI governance, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks

• 17+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong early-career background in software development (mandatory)
• 7+ years in large-scale program or delivery management roles
• Proven experience delivering enterprise data platforms or analytics programs within BFSI
• ✓ Excellent understanding of:
  • Data Lakehouse architectures
  • ETL frameworks & data integration pipelines
  • Data warehousing fundamentals
• ✓ Hands-on exposure to:
  • .NET, Informatica, SSIS or similar technologies
• ✓ Working knowledge of:
  • Data modeling concepts (star schema, facts, dimensions)
  • Cloud and hybrid architectures
  • Basic infrastructure (compute, storage, networking)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• ✓ Experience with cloud-native data architectures
• ✓ Familiarity with IDMC and modern ETL/ELT stacks
• ✓ Exposure to enterprise-wide BI modernization programs
• ✓ Experience in risk, governance, or regulatory-heavy environments
