Junior UX Designer

Role Overview

The Junior UX Designer supports the design and delivery of user-centered experiences across digital products and platforms. The role contributes to research, ideation, design execution, and validation, working closely with senior designers, product managers, and engineers.

You will help translate user needs and business requirements into clear, usable, and accessible design solutions, while learning best practices in real delivery environments.

• Support end-to-end UX design activities across discovery, design, and delivery under guidance from senior team members.
• Turn research findings, usability feedback, analytics, and stakeholder inputs into design tasks and iterative improvements.
• Create UX deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, low-to-mid fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity screens (with review and feedback loops).
• Assist in mapping user journeys and documenting experience requirements and assumptions.
• Apply design system components and UX standards to ensure consistency and reuse across designs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams during planning, refinement, and delivery to align designs with feasibility and timelines.
• Prepare handoff materials (screens, basic specs, interaction notes) and support design-to-development communication.
• Participate in design reviews and validate implemented work against designs, usability, and accessibility basics.
• Maintain documentation of decisions, iterations, and outcomes.

• 0–2 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, product design, or relevant internships/projects.
• Exposure to working on digital products (web/mobile), ideally in a team setting.
• A portfolio showing UX thinking and process (problem, approach, iterations, outcomes).
