Role
Purpose:
To design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure and services across multi‑cloud environments. The Cloud Platform Engineer ensures scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient operations leveraging GCP and OCI platforms. This role is critical to modernizing Bupa Arabia’s infrastructure through automation, observability, and adherence to security and compliance standards.
Key Accountabilities:Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure across GCP and OCI.
Automate provisioning and management using Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud SDK; implement CI/CD pipelines with Cloud Build, Jenkins or Git Hub Actions.
Apply and maintain IAM policies, encryption, and security configurations in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Implement observability tools (e.g., Stackdriver, Prometheus) to monitor availability, cost, and performance.
Partner with application, security, and operations teams to enable cloud‑native architectures and resolve incidents.
Stay current with cloud advancements and recommend new tools and practices to improve infrastructure efficiency.
