SDC App is an online discovery and rewards platform that uses advanced technologies to revolutionize interactions between consumers and merchants. It provides rewards in the form of discounts on bills, enabling merchants to connect and engage with customers via the SDC platform. We work with various industries including restaurants, fashion, fitness, entertainment, clinics, spas, travel, and hotels. Our goal is to help consumers save money, discover new experiences, and create opportunities for both consumers and merchants.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Jeddah and play a leadership role in shaping, managing, and delivering our products. This role requires strong ownership, decision-making capability, and close collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has led products in technically complex environments, understands how software products are built, and can balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a purely documentation or coordination position.

• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product role.
• Proven leadership experience, including leading product initiatives or mentoring other product team members.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams (backend, frontend, mobile).
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more products.
• Lead product discovery, problem definition, and solution validation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product decisions are technically feasible and well-executed.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize initiatives and backlog based on impact, value, and constraints.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Make clear trade-off decisions and take ownership of product outcomes.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and key metrics to guide decisions.
• Support release planning and ensure alignment across teams.
• Act as a primary point of accountability for product-related decisions.

• Technical background or strong technical understanding.
• Experience working on SaaS platforms or complex digital products.
• Experience in companies with multiple products or large-scale systems.
• Familiarity with data-driven product decision-making.
• Experience in the Saudi market is a strong plus.
• Saudi nationality preferred.
