Capacity Configuration Analyst, AMET Space Management

AMET Space Management team is the driving force behind optimized space management across AMET FCs. Through standardization, continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration, we will maximize available inventory space while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity through data-driven and sustainable practices.

In 2026, the team will expand its scope to centralize the capacity configurations with a dedicated team of bin meisters. We are hiring the capacity configuration specialists who will support multiple buildings in each country to maintain the accuracy and the integrity of the capacity visibility of the operation sites for the business team.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Audit any capacity configuration mismatch including ACMS vs Bin Configuration gaps and the physical and virtual mismatch
  • Evaluate, approve and execute bin configuration and ACMS configuration change requests from Inbound and Space SME/Lead (AFT/AFT‑X sites)
  • Manage the launch capacity & container configuration (LC3) for AFT/AFT‑X sites that are launching or expanding
About the team

The team has one regional space manager, seven space management leads, six bin meisters and one business analyst reporting to the space manager. Each space management lead gets assigned to a country to look after the space management strategy (UAE, KSA, Egypt, Turkey, South Africa).

Basic Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • Work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Experience in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
  • Experience in warehouse operations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies
