Responsibilities Digital Strategy Execution

  • Translates corporate strategy into actionable digital initiatives and roadmaps.
  • Leads the implementation of digital programs that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and data-driven decision‑making.
  • Ensures alignment of digital initiatives with enterprise architecture and technology standards.
Business Requirements and Solution Design
  • Engages with business leaders to capture and prioritize digital requirements.
  • Ensures that digital solutions are designed responsibly, address real business needs, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems and platforms.
  • Champions user‑centric design and agile delivery practices.
Program and Change Management
  • Leads cross‑functional teams to deliver digital transformation projects on time, within scope and budget.
  • Applies structured change management methodologies to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Monitors KPIs and reports progress to executive sponsors.
Technology and Innovation Enablement
  • Evaluates emerging technologies and assesses their applicability to the Company’s business models.
  • Collaborates with IT services providers and acts as an enterprise architect to ensure technology choices align with long‑term scalability, security, and sustainability goals.
Governance and Risk
  • Establishes governance frameworks for digital initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks associated with digital transformation programs.
Capability Building
  • Drives digital capability uplift across the organization by promoting efficient and effective use of platform‑provided tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Office 365).
  • Fosters a culture of quick, agile, and robust deployment of impactful low‑code/no‑code solutions.
  • Supports the development of digital competencies across the organization.
  • Collaborates with HR and LD to design training programs that build digital fluency and empower business users to innovate.
Miscellaneous
  • Performs other tasks or deliver results as directed by the CEO or the authorized Board’s Strategy Committee member.
